Project-Based Math

In this class, students will learn the answer to this age-old math question: “When am I ever going to need this?”. Through engaging projects and real-world math application, students will strengthen their understanding of core math skills while gaining an appreciation for the importance of math in everyday life. Projects & assignments will take into consideration the interests of the students and may include activities such as planning a trip, financial planning simulations, sports statistics, planning a house remodel, how math is used in various careers, and more!
