Physical Education II

Middle School and High School (Ages 11-15)

In this active course, students will work independently, cooperatively, and competitively to move their bodies and stretch their minds. We will incorporate basic stretching, balancing, and cardiovascular activities to improve physical health.

Classes will include obstacle courses, jump roping, hula hooping, tag games, sports skills, mindful breathing, and calming exercises.
