Socratic Circle Literary Criticism

This high school-level literature course will teach students the art of discussion and questioning as we study, evaluate, and interpret literature. Students will cover some classic works as well as short stories. Students will delve into important themes and discuss why these literary works are still important today. Writing will be involved. Students should expect to devote several hours per week to reading.
