Physical Education I

Elementary (Ages 6-10)

Instructor: Lori Dinsmore

In this active course, students will work independently, cooperatively and competitively to move their bodies and stretch their minds. We will incorporate basic stretching, balancing, and cardiovascular activities to improve physical health.

Classes will include obstacle courses, jump roping, hula hooping, tag games, sports skills, mindful breathing, and calming exercises.
